  • hugoglams accepts only Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not accept online payments at this time.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

  • hugoglams is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Refunds are processed via store credit or bank transfer (for COD orders) once returned items pass inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
